Eagle Harbor Tennis & Pickleball Dress Code & Policies

  1. All players should check in at the tennis shop before playing.
  2. Proper Tennis & Pickleball Attire should be worn.

           **No cutoffs or jean material. No Sports bras or biker shorts may be worn by themselves.
           **Shirts MUST be worn at all times.

  1. Only smooth sole Tennis Shoes should be worn. Running shoes and cross-training shoes are not permitted due to risk of injury and damage to courts.
  2. Proper Court Etiquette should be observed at all times.
  3. Clinic and Lesson Fees should be paid prior to clinic or lessons. IOU’s are not permitted under any circumstance.  A $10 late fee will be applied to any payment not made at time services are rendered.
  4. Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult and should not be left unattended. Children are not permitted on the court during a lesson, clinic, or match.
  5. No food or smoking shall be permitted on the court.
  6. A Member is allowed 20 guests a year. Guests must be with a member at all times. Guest Fee is $5 per person per day unless a member is using a guest pass.
  7. A Member may make a court reservation up to 1 week in advance.
  8. If a member arrives more than 15 minutes late for a reservation, that court will be forfeited if there are others waiting.
  9. Bicycles should be parked at the bike rack located Court 2. Bicycles should not be left in any other location on the tennis or pickleball grounds.

Eagle Harbor Pickleball Dress Code & Policies

1.  Pickleball Courts are for Eagle Harbor Members ONLY!

2.  A Member is allowed 20 guests a year. 1 guest per 1 member. Members must check guests in before play. Guests must be with a member at all times. Guest Fee is $5 per person per day unless a member is using a guest pass.

3.  Proper Pickleball Attire should be worn.

**No cutoffs or jean material. No Sports bras, Crop Top, or biker shorts may be worn by themselves.

Shirts MUST be worn at all times.

4. Only smooth sole Tennis Shoes should be worn. Running shoes, cross-training shoes, flip flops, or Crocs are not permitted due to risk of injury and damage to courts.

5. DO NOT play on wet courts.

6. Smoking is NOT permitted around the pickleball grounds.

7. Proper Court Etiquette should be observed at all times.

8. Must be a member and have a driver's license to borrow a paddle and only during shop hours.  All paddles must be turned in before the shop closes.

If you are not wearing the correct clothing or shoes you will be asked to leave the facility

- Do not remove the furniture from under the cabana area

- Do not move the nets in between the courts

- Please place all trash in trash can

-A maximum of 4 players is allowed per court

Help Eagle Harbor keep our new pickleball courts in good shape.

EH Resident/Member will be allowed to bring only 1 non resident/guest to the Pickleball courts. If you are bringing a guest to play they must sign in to the Tennis pro shop as a guest before entering the Pickleball courts.

A non-resident is not allowed on the courts unless they are with an Eagle Harbor Resident/Member.

Only 1 non resident/guest is allowed per court. No more than 1 non resident should be on a court at a time.

Our Open Play system is still in effect.
***Just show up with your group or by yourself, place your paddles in the holder and wait for a court to open. Once you complete your match, place your paddle back in line and wait for a court to open. Please note that winners DO NOT stay on the court***

Please be considerate of others and allow everyone a chance to play.

Please note if there is an event, clinics, or lesson they get first priority over open play.


Private Lessons

Members:
1-hour lesson: $60/$65
1/2-hour lesson: $35
(with Director of Tennis: $65/hour or $35/half-hour.)

Non-Members:
1-hour lesson: $65/$70
1/2-hour lesson: $40
(with Director of Tennis: $70/hour or $40/half hour.)

Ball machine

The ball machine is available to Eagle Harbor residents for $6 per hour during normal tennis shop hours.
Call to reserve the machine for one (1) hour maximum.

• Check in at the Tennis Shop with your ID and Amenity number.
• Monday - Sunday – use machine on Court 1 - 4 only.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Return machine to the Tennis Shop unless otherwise instructed. Always return the remote.
• When finished, pick up all balls and refill the ball machine for the next user.

Kids Clinic

Tiny Tots
is for ages 3-6 from 4:00-4:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays.$10 each child per clinic. *please notice the price increase.

Orange Ball Developmental Clinic is for juniors ages 7-10 from 4:30 -5:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is a great way to introduce your children to tennis. It is a fun, educational clinic that teaches them the game, eye hand coordination and of course how to have fun playing. $15 per child per clinic.

Tournament Level Clinic is for juniors ages 12 and up from 5:30-6:30pm on Mondays and 6:30-7:30pm on Wednesdays $15 per child per clinic.  This is for the intermediate tournament level kids. (Must be approved by a pro to attend this clinic)

Teen Tennis Clinic
 is for beginner juniors ages 12-18 from 6:30-7:30pm on Wednesdays. It is a fun, educational clinic that teaches them the game, eye hand coordination and of course how to have fun playing. $15 per child per clinic.

**A minimum of 4 registrants are required per session or the session will be canceled.

** You can register by phone at 269-2500 day of the clinic
